Megaman Starforce Oc: Eon-Stratos

    Eon-Stratos is Tatsuo's EM being alter ego, when in this form, he has complete control over the EM Worlds space and be able to form, materialize, construct, and deconstruct EM waves around him, he also has the ability to instantly appear and reappear in front of his foe or allies with just one step without the aid of a battle card, he also has flight capability and can even break the sonic boom barrier with ease if he steps out of the wave world his main weapons are duel sword and duel blasters, he also have the capability to use battle cards
    Eon-Stratos form is similar to a Shogun Samurai, but has a more futuristic warrior ring into it, he can combine his dual blades/blaster to form a single giant sword/cannon to cause more damage, he also does combination attack with Eon and pull off either a triple gun point attack, or a triple sword style attack, also with enough EM waves he has the ability to form a powerful weapon that could be commanded by him at will which also result of having him and the weapon to move at the same time or rather become a single being with ease (I'd tell ya about it, but it's still a secret, also I've started this guy in the spring of 2015 which was kinda stored in my stash for a while actually :3)
    When battling Eon-Stratos becomes a different person, and he has the insane look in his eyes against his foes which no one dares to look at, when it come to battles Eon-Stratos gets a real thrill out of it considering that he has a good-sportsmanship attitude. He can also make the EM waves turn into objects and manipulate them with ease.

I'm gonna stop here because well, that's all I got, and plus I was debating on the name thing again, so I changed it and this is the result of it XD
